It is good to be reminded.  It is good to visit again lessons we have learned.  Here’s one worthy of re-visiting again and again from Beth Moore’s Believing God series.

1 God is Who He says He is.

Genesis 15: ¹After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.

Revelation 1: (New American Standard Bible)  ⁸“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, ” who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

2 God can do what He says He can do.

Luke 1: (New American Standard Bible) ³⁷“For nothing will be impossible with God.”

3 I am who God says I am.

2 Corinthians 5: (New American Standard Bible) ¹⁷Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.

4 I can do ALL things I am called to do in CHRIST JESUS.

Philippians 4: (New American Standard Bible) ¹³I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.

5 God’s Word is alive and active in me.

Hebrews 4: (New American Standard Bible)  ¹²For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

John 15: (New American Standard Bible) ⁷“If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.

Five Statements.  Say them, believe them. Believe God.

ABBA, I am grateful for this reminder.  I am grateful to travel back to a time and place and see what You have done and even see what I have not done and know it’s not too late.   HOLY SPIRIT, in the Name of JESUS my Savior I am asking You to confirm and edify our IDOKs with this message.  I am asking You to protect our IDOK Troops not just from hostile and friendly fire but from discouragement and loneliness.  I pray when they are seized with these temptations that they will resist and believe You.  I don’t know how many of our IDOK Troops actually have received You as Savior and LORD but any one that has not that is my urgent prayer that their heart be tendered and true and faithful witness be given to them in such a way they will believe and be saved. I am continuing to pray for America; for repentance and for election results that will reprove the ruthless and set in position those who will heed the voice of the Constitution and who will uphold it with their votes and voice.  I pray for Israel, for peace and for the coming together of Christians to love and help them.  Thank You for Todd’s improvement; we are grateful to have been of service in prayer and we pray for a full recovery for him.  We pray for Joann and Ed, Jackson and Melinda, and others — all others on our Praying for These list – we seek and request only Your Best for each one in the Name of JESUS and for Your Glory. Amen and amen.
