Is vital to contentment, I’m learning. Slowly learning. And even more slowly practicing.

The finished product.

Focusing on being done with this, I’m finding, breeds frustrated rushing.

In early 2014 a wise woman told me, via her writings, full attention to the moment slows time down. [source]

So here I am chiding myself for failing to quickly learn to slow down. 🙂

She says:

Life is not an emergency.

And this, this is the only way to slow down time:

When I fully enter into the current moment with the weight of all my attention, I slow the torrent with the weight of me all here.
