And small continuing-s, please do not underestimate them!
In August of 2014, I began walking and then added going to Curves three days a week. It was not huge, nor did I spend hours and hours a day, some days I even skipped – it’s true.
Point is this: please be encouraged. A little movement to improve your health is better than no movement!
It ADDS up.
