Sandy!!
will be on its way to you soon.
Let me say thank you for each email and comment; I wish I could supply each of you with a HeBrews study; better yet I wish we could sit around the table with our favorite brew and delve into this study together. We’d learn a lot.
18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Jesus gave us a command – make disciples. And what is it to disciple?
46 Continuing faithfully and with singleness of purpose to meet in the Temple courts daily, and breaking bread in their several homes, they shared their food in joy and simplicity of heart, 47 praising God and having the respect of all the people. And day after day the Lord kept adding to them those who were being saved.

With the advent of personal copies of the Bible, cultural changes, with busyness, one on one disciplining in today’s church is rare. I have come to believe Bible Studies such as HeBrews and the many other studies available to us are a path to be discipled. A means to obey our LORD’s command – go and make disciples.
Friends, the early Believers met daily to hear the Word, to fellowship, and to encourage one another. We have the means to do likewise; daily we can pull up a chair with a fine Bible teacher via a study book and be discipled. Shall we?
