Scrupulous Conformity

Daily writing prompt
Do you practice religion?

Do I practice religion?

What is religion?
A dictionary could be helpful.
I found the following at Merriam-Webster:

scrupulous conformity

There are other definitions. If you like, click HERE.

Am I religious?
Very! About flossing and brushing my teeth! :)

Ask me if I am a Christian — to that, I would respond: Absolutely and Gratefully!

True Christianity is not a religion. I’m serious.
The GODMAN, Yeshua of Nazareth, is the Founder of Christianity and religion killed Him for it.

So, no, I don’t practice any religion — unless you count flossing and brushing my teeth daily. :)

Seriously.
GOD is not about religion.
He is about re-birthing people from slavery to sin to LIFE eternal with Him.

Calling it a Day,
Kathie

  1. Well said. I practice living my life for Christ with an eternal perspective working for the Kingdom of God.
I belong to no religion nor do I practice man made religion.
    James 1:27 says
Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this:
To visit orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself unstained by the world.
That is the only religion I should practice.

Yes? No? Maybe? Whatcha say?
