IDOKs, I am sending this now rather than waiting until in the morning.
(Thank you, Sweet Sheila, for letting me know. Love you too.)
I’m sure you know by now, but Leah Ann died yesterday afternoon. Her husband had just had heart surgery, and he had to be re-admitted. I forgot to ask Mrs. Overstreet the husband’s name, but she had been crying so bad I didn’t push it. We were at Revival service last night, and I told her about our prayer group and that many people were praying for the family. Love you, Sheila
Abba, I am tendered with this news and You have been so gracious to immediately remind me that precious is the ‘death’ of Your saints; thank You. You know better than I the needs this temporal separation brings to a family and particularly this one when the husband is himself not well; so we pray for him and all the family, asking You to come in manifested Presence to comfort them. And I ask You to send alongside friends to do the needed practical things of food and hospitality that these days of memorial require. And Holy, Loving ABBA, thank You for the Promise of Eternity that we have received in our Savior and Your Son. Amen and amen.
