Anything in My Name.
So often I hear “in the Name of Jesus,” and with it, the connotation is ‘I said it in His Name, so He is obligated to do it.’ It’s like, as long as we use His name, it’s as good as done. And if it is, in fact, in His Name, it is as good as done.

My Search Assist online said ‘in the name’ means: “This usage implies that the person is representing another’s interests or authority.” source

That’s pretty plain to me. What we name, Yeshua, better have already named it to us by His Spirit and confirmed it by His Word, if we expect to see it come to be. We’d best be cautious with our naming things, wouldn’t you agree?
I mean, if He has revealed a matter to us by His Spirit and confirmed it by His Word, we can surely know whatever it is, will be, in His time. And if He has not, well, we don’t want it anyway, or we shouldn’t!
