And I had to say is it, LORD? Is it my aim? To know You – yes! To experience the power of Your resurrection? Absolutely! To share in Your suffering? And there I paused. I don’t like it that I paused but I did.

Philippians 3: 17 Brothers and sisters, join in following my example and notice those who walk according to the pattern you have in us. (18 For many walk who are enemies of the cross of Messiah—I have often told you about them, and now I am even weeping as I tell you. 19 Their end is destruction—their god is their belly and their glory is in their shame. They set their minds on earthly things.) source
Did you see it? Paul is weeping over those whose end is destruction. This is convicting. Let us pray that we will weep over those whose god is not the GOD.
Abba, tender our hearts so much that we will weep with You for every soul that does not know You in the Saving Grace of Your Holy Son JESUS.

Praying God’s Word. Beth Moore wrote such a book. I have a copy.
See?
It’s one of those books you read again and again. The table of contents will direct you with specific prayer need topics. Clicking the picture here will lead you to a place to purchase, if you are interested. But I’m off point. My intent today was to simply pray the Word of God over us.
The Bible contains many prayers and we can’t go wrong praying them over ourselves and others. I keyed in I pray at BibleGateway dot-com and discovered 413 Scripture references. Click HERE if you’d like to review them. In the meantime, lets pray.
Philippians 1:9 I pray that your [our] love will overflow more and more, and that you [we] will keep on growing in knowledge and understanding.10 For I want you [us] to understand what really matters, so that you [we] may live pure and blameless lives until the day of Christ’s return. 11 May you [we] always be filled with the fruit of your [our] salvation—the righteous character produced in your life [our lives] by Jesus Christ—for this will bring much glory and praise to God [our Abba Father]. source [bracketed mine]
And the Sisters (brothers) said Amen.
