What Day is It?

Yesterday (that’s Tuesday, actually, yesterday as I write today😊) was a day of mouth trauma; today (Wednesday) is the first day of recovery.

I went to the dentist expecting one thing and came home with an unplanned vacancy. Not the temporary bridge I was expecting. Now we wait. Six weeks, they say.

I’m not complaining, just explaining why there wasn’t a post for you this morning, which will now be yesterday morning when you get this post. 😊 Maybe I should put it this way: Did you notice there was no new post on Wednesday morning?

As I realized this afternoon (Wednesday) that I had not scheduled a post to go live this morning, I couldn’t let that stand. Hence, the late afternoon post, this afternoon, which is Wednesday. 🤓 You can view it by clicking here.

So, I’ll ask again, what day is it?

This is now Thursday, right? And I’m at work, right?
Thank you for humoring me.

I could go on with some more silly stuff like ducks in a row, etc., etc.  But I won’t.

I’ll close with this:

Until Next Time, Kathie

A Drive Less Traveled

I walked past the house where she used to live. No new voices have come to brush away the silence. I see that the drive has long been undisturbed.

Somehow it reminds me of dust on Bible covers – unopened, undisturbed.

Sad, don’t you think?

Perhaps sad enough, to wipe off the dust, anybody?

Until next time, Kathie

We are glad you are here; stay a while, look around, and be encouraged. We estimate there to be over 3,000 posts here at The White Stone Blog. Please know my hope is ALWAYS to help and NEVER harm. I have voiced many opinions and thoughts here since 2007 and by now I MAY NOT EVEN AGREE with all of them and some of my grammar and punctuation likely needs editing. But this is changeless: JESUS is our ONLY Savior and Hope. Do you KNOW Him?
