The chapter holds some requirements but if we follow after ABBA consistently obedient to the revelation He has given us then we can be assured of this:

11 Adonai will always guide you; he will satisfy your needs in the desert, he will renew the strength in your limbs; so that you will be like a watered garden, like a spring whose water never fails. via Is 58 KJV;CJB – Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice – Bible Gateway.
