The Mouths that Speak

Here just to share some thoughts with fellow saints of GOD.

It seems to me as best we are enabled by Holy Spirit we need to make NOT another decision based on the fear we are daily fed.
As best we are enabled by Holy Spirit, I pray we quickly learn to
ascertain the better places to go, and not to go;

what to do, what not to do,
what to say, what not to say,
what to buy, what not to buy,
what to read, what not to read,
what to watch, what not to watch,
what to allow ourselves to hear, and not to hear,
who to place confidence in, who to NOT place confidence in,
based on what The Scripture and Holy Spirit within us instructs us.

This does not mean we do not listen to counsel but it does mean that EVERY counsel that does not line up with that KNOWING in our GUT from Holy Spirit backed up by Holy Writ, we immediately reject and go in the opposite direction.
Let us carefully consider the character and the lifestyle of the mouth speaking to us.

Based on what we have experienced, what we are experiencing, and what the Bible reveals, I suspect the evil one and those with skin on their faces he has deceived into doing his bidding are not going to stop until they have destroyed every last ounce of goodness, freedom, and human dignity on this planet.
We might as well bend our knees to GOD alone, hold up our heads and go forth in wisdom to embrace every opportunity to live right in this wrong world, live well with what Father provides, love one another and share the Gospel of JESUS CHRIST until we open our eyes in Heaven.

10 “And now, O our God, what can we say after all of this? For once again we have abandoned your commands!
11 Your servants the prophets warned us when they said, ‘The land you are entering to possess is totally defiled by the detestable practices of the people living there. From one end to the other, the land is filled with corruption.
12 Don’t let your daughters marry their sons! Don’t take their daughters as wives for your sons. Don’t ever promote the peace and prosperity of those nations. If you follow these instructions, you will be strong and will enjoy the good things the land produces, and you will leave this prosperity to your children forever.’

13 “Now we are being punished because of our wickedness and our great guilt. But we have actually been punished far less than we deserve, for you, our God, have allowed some of us to survive as a remnant.
14 But even so, we are again breaking your commands and intermarrying with people who do these detestable things. Won’t your anger be enough to destroy us, so that even this little remnant no longer survives?
15 Lord, God of Israel, you are just. We come before you in our guilt as nothing but an escaped remnant, though in such a condition none of us can stand in your presence.”  source

Minority

Ezra of the Old Testament.

Chapter 7.

This Ezra was a scribe who was well versed in the Law of Moses, which the Lord, the God of Israel, had given to the people of Israel. He came up to Jerusalem from Babylon, and the king gave him everything he asked for, because the gracious hand of the Lord his God was on him. source

9 . . . for the gracious hand of his God was on him. source

Have you ever felt like the gracious hand of God is just not resting on you right now? Like not only is His gracious hand not on me but it feels like He is purposely withholding the good things I need?

If you have not I think you just might be in the minority.

Ezra. Do you wonder why GOD was so gracious to Ezra?  Verse 10 answers that question.

10 This was because Ezra had determined to study and obey the Law of the Lord and to teach those decrees and regulations to the people of Israel. source

So. If that times comes again that I feel GOD is against me instead of for me, I shall remind myself of verse 10 and I shall get back on track just as verse 10 prescribes. For such feelings will clearly indicate that I have been allowing myself to meditate on ME and my situations instead of Him, His Word and the good of others.

Abba, thank You that You are always good, You are always gracious and You always love us even when we doubt You. I pray we will diligently study, obey and serve Your Word and when we fail; thank You that You will remind us and work with us to get us back on track. Thank You, Adonai.
