A new to me recipe that is good enough to prepare again.
Yes. For that, I am giving thanks today.
Especially when the ingredients are good for you, like brussel sprouts!
Are you interested?
It’s a pretty dish cooking, don’t you think?
It does have a suggested ingredient that my beloved cannot abide – Feta Cheese.
So, at serving time I only added the Feta to my serving.
1 Pound Brussels Sprouts
2/3 Cup Fresh Cranberries
1/3 Cup Feta Cheese
1/3 Cup Pecans
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar (I used raspberry Balsamic Vinegar)
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

If you try the recipe, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. It’s really festive looking – for the holidays, you know.

I just want to say hello. I have nothing startling or even important to say – I think.
As I type I am listening to a sermon by Stephen Davey.
It is from the book of Jonah.
There is so much to learn from Jonah.

As we listen, priorities are mentioned and how we can know what our priorities really are – we only need to answer a couple of questions.
Are you game?
