I was reminding myself that when lunch was finished, it would be best to refrain from those cookies waiting on the shelf. A dessert on occasion is not detrimental to my wardrobe, but making it a daily thing has proven unwise for me here lately.
As I mused, a verse of Scripture came to mind. This passage is way deeper than a cookie, but considering our world today, we might be wise to ponder it, don’t you think?
Time zones and thousands of years prohibit us from knowing exact times and exact places, but we are only inhibited from worship if we choose not to worship the King of kings today and every day, particularly this weekend.
This passage is personal and contains a promise. Do you see it?
Tonight, at sundown, will you remember the trial? Will you remember the night of lies and scourging? Will you remember He was faithful through it all — for you and for me? I believe you will.
Why on earth would GOD allow Himself to be hungry? If you will, spend some time today pondering what it was like for GOD to be hungry and why He did that.
Holy hugs, Kathie
How about a recipe? Not typically a Passover recipe, but it’s delicious, so I thought I’d share it here.
We are glad you are here; stay a while, look around, and be encouraged. We estimate there to be over 3,000 posts here at The White Stone Blog. Please know my hope is ALWAYS to help and NEVER harm. I have voiced many opinions and thoughts here since 2007 and by now I MAY NOT EVEN AGREE with all of them and some of my grammar and punctuation likely needs editing. But this is changeless: JESUS is our ONLY Savior and Hope. Do you KNOW Him?
