Looking for inspiration, something to start the words flowing onto the screen, so I picked up my Journey magazine and read this:
Lord, help me to cherish who You have made me to be.
Cherishing who He has made us to be.
That would resolve some issues. Am I right?
Cher·ish 1. To treat with affection and tenderness; hold dear 2. To keep fondly in mind; via cherish – definition of cherish by The Free Dictionary.
Has ABBA began a work in you?
Has He brought you from there to here?
Are you the same women you have always been?
Or has He made good and kind and lovely changes in you?
Has your temperament mellowed a bit?
Is it a little easier to trust Him this year than last?
Are you a wee bit kinder to others this month than last?
Then why not CHERISH the woman HE has thus far made you to be?
6 For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus. via Philippians 1:5-7 NASB;CJB – Bible Gateway.
Day 349 of 2014, a day to give Thanks!
