When we are asked a question, we answer it even when we don’t answer it.
5 Now a certain man had been an invalid there for thirty-eight years. 6 Seeing him lying there and knowing he had been that way a long time, Yeshua said to him, “Do you want to get well?” source John 5
What did Yeshua ask him? Do you want to get well?
What did he answer?
7 The invalid answered Him, “Sir, I have nobody to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up. While I’m trying to get in, somebody else steps down before me!” John 5 source
What do you think of his answer?
I’m thinking that his answer should have been, “Yes.”
(As the leper said, “If You will You can make me well. Jesus’ reply to him was, “I will.”) Mark 1:40-41
