Knowledge, of course, right? A teacher must know whereof she/he speaks. I mean, how can a teacher impart what she does not know. Correct? So what else do they need? How about this? A great teacher will invite us to learn, observe, and help us garner the information given. I’d say what really makes teachers great is being a winsome soul with a well-trained mind. Yes, winsome teachers, win some (or most) of their students to great learning.Â
