Thinking about giving thanks.

Wisdom. I’m thankful for wisdom. Thankful that Father gives it to those who will ask.

James 1: (NKJV) 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. source 

All of Father’s children who will apply themselves to His Word can operate in wisdom; their education, status, pedigree – none of that prohibits wisdom. They can wear it daily. They can listen to man’s words and discern truth from lies; they can listen and know right from wrong however tangled the spin. Yes, I am thankful for ABBA’s gift of wisdom given to the dumbest of us! 🙂

  And I am thankful for smells and the ability to enjoy a pot of simmering water and oil drifting lazily through the house.

I’m thankful for falling leaves that blanket the yard and a gentle breeze that moves Old Glory’s strips.
