Don’t Panic. 

That counsel keeps boarding my thought train today. 
Don’t panic.
Whatever the crisis is at this moment. Whatever the present assault on the soul, don’t panic. 

It’s great counsel to give; not as easy to keep faithfully. 

So when we find ourselves in a panic – It is in our best interest and others, to step back and allow Holy Spirit to bring us to peace. 
Refusing to panic doesn’t mean we love them less; it doesn’t mean we don’t care.
It means we believe GOD more than what is slapping us in the face at the moment. 

^{1 Peter 5:8} Stay sober, stay alert! Your enemy, the Adversary, stalks about like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
⁹ Stand against him, firm in your trust, knowing that your brothers throughout the world are going through the same kinds of suffering.
¹⁰ You will have to suffer only a little while; after that, God, who is full of grace, the one who called you to his eternal glory in union with the Messiah, will himself restore, establish and strengthen you and make you firm.
¹¹ To him be the power forever and ever. Amen.  source
