Depression and Anxiety

Would you concur that GOD cares about your health?FP001834PF
Spiritual. Emotional. And Physical.

1 Peter 5:7 New Living Translation
Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you. source

And if you are familiar with the Ministry of YESHUA, then you know He healed physical infirmities — to me, that equals that He cares for us.
Would you also concur that depression is common among us? Perhaps we would be shocked if we knew just how many people are taking prescribed medication for depression.
The common practice is once you start you continue taking the pharmaceuticals for the remainder of your earthly life.
I know from personal experience there are exceptions. JESUS does care.
I read an article today summarising conclusive research that there is a more effective way of dealing with depression and anxiety than medication.o-AGING-HEALTHY-facebook

Are you superstitious?

Once upon a time, yes.

But I learned better from a Little Black Book that some opine is full of fables and myths.
Albeit some of the characters iniStock_000012852386Medium-1024x684 The Book with a leather cover were extremely superstitious – life didn’t end well for them.

So no.
No superstitious leanings here.

Happy Reading, Y’all,

WordPress Writing Prompt for today

Ann.

Not a thing.
Just goes well with my first name so my Momma could go to the back door and summoned me with urgent authority.

Thanks, WordPress for the prompt.
It gave me a remembering smile.
I miss my sweet momma but because of JESUS and His Sacrifice and our acceptance of His Substitutionary death and His Resurrection for us, I will see her again.

Kathie Ann — It does have a nice ring to it, especially when spoken by people who love me.
