Indeed! May we have the sense to follow His commands.
The following verses in Psalm 119, I think, add layers to our understanding of our featured verse. Like this: 75I know, O LORD, that your regulations are fair; you disciplined me because I needed it. And, 77Surround me with your tender mercies so I may live, for your instructions are my delight.source
When we know He disciplines us because we need it and when His instructions are our delight, we will follow His commands.
We almost missed these scenes because when we arrived on site, we thought it doesn’t look like there will be much of a sunset tonight. But we stayed, and we got out of the car and took that walk.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is follow through with the plan even when it looks fruitless.
We are glad you are here; stay a while, look around, and be encouraged. There are over 3,500 posts here at The White Stone Blog. Please know my hope is ALWAYS to help and NEVER harm. I have voiced many opinions and thoughts here since 2007 and by now I MAY NOT EVEN AGREE with all of them and some of my grammar and punctuation likely needs editing. But this is changeless: JESUS is our ONLY Savior and Hope. Do you KNOW Him?
