My Confession

If you need some encouragement, I think I have a word of it for you but first my confession.

It does not take many minutes of today’s media fodder to turn the soul of a woman like me to an unhealthy heap. So with that acknowledgement I am relieved and grateful to be reminded by The Holy Spirit: ‘Fear not.’ ‘Wait, trust and see.’ DADDY GOD and His sons and daughters have overcome this world’s debauchery.  Just wait and see.

In the meantime:

Romans 8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.   Click HERE for the source and to read more.

John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.  source

1 John 2:13 I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.  source

1 John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.  source

1 John 5:For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? source

That Much!

Laundry.
Laundry room.
Adding lavender and lemon to improve the organic smell. Shake.
And that’s what I have left from a new, not one load used bottle. Yep. I dropped it on our ceramic floor, off flew the top and out came . . . that much!

A while later and I am here. Better than I was.

I have this to say Remember Job. Now before you go laundry room ballistic on me this is N.O.T.H.I.N.G. Nothing! in comparison but it did bring me to board a thought train that has taken me to a good place. A place to praise JESUS while on my knees mopping up that ceramic floor and to share this with you.

Remember Job.
What I want you to remember is that Satan did NOTHING to Job; took NOTHING from Job, afflicted Job with NOTHING, NOTHING until he received permission from DADDY GOD!

No laundry room mishap or the worst of all tragedies that could ever hit our souls comes to the Child of GOD without the Father’s permission.

Remember Job. And remember

Psalm 84 KJV 11 For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. source

Romans 8: (TLV) 32 He who did not spare His own Son but gave Him up for us all, how shall He not also with Him freely give us all things? 33 Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. 34 Who is the one who condemns? It is Messiah, who died, and moreover was raised, and is now at the right hand of God and who also intercedes for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Messiah? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? source

Remember Job. Remember Psalm 84:11. Remember Romans 8:32-35And Remember the Devil’s End and remind him from time to time.  :)

Old or New

Abram believed the Lord, and he credited it to him as righteousness. Genesis 15  NIV source

For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.” Romans 4 TLV source

Old or New Testaments. To be Right with GOD we must BELIEVE HIM.

What does that mean to you, to believe GOD?

Generalizing

Dangerous. I know!

I invested exorbitant time generalizing generations today for my Facebook feed.  So why let it go to waste, I might as well share here too.

Pondering today. Just general observations from recent and current Generations. Mothers and Daddies took their children to church and practiced Scriptural obedience, not perfectly, but gave it a good faith try back in the 1940s and 50s – Generation one herein.

Those children born to generation one herein aged. They got married. This second generation, they went to church most of the time. Read their Bibles often. Prayed regularly. Morally lived pretty good. They had children. They even had some home devotions with the children – well, the Mommas did.

Third generation. These children of the Children of the second generation stay out of church most of the time except for weddings and funerals. They have a Bible, somewhere. Read it seldom. Not much real praying, not even grace before meals but occasionally ask for others to pray for them on social media when troubles are heavy.

Fourth generation. Some have Bibles, usually given to them by someone in generation two. Majority have a world view that would stagger generation one. They are not sure how to pray, who or if there is anyone to pray to. A majority of these fourth generation children hold out their hands demanding they be filled. Some of the older ones of generation 4 have married already, some are having babies already (5th generation).

Yes, these are generalities. Thank the LORD for every exception! And for not the exception, it’s not too late! All living generations can repent and we NEED TO and yet make a difference for other generations. We cannot change what we have done or what we did not do. BUT, we can now, today! bring the transforming Power of the BLOOD OF JESUS into these generational blood lines and set captives free before death claims us. That’s it.

Romans 12: (KJV )And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God source

Hebrews 13: (TLV) 12 Therefore, to make the people holy through His own blood, Yeshua also suffered outside the gate. source

Hebrews 13: (CSB) 20 Now may the God of peace, who brought up from the dead our Lord Jesus—the great Shepherd of the sheep—through the blood of the everlasting covenant, 21 equip you with everything good to do his will, working in us what is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.  source
