Then by all means let our faces proclaim it.
Happy Monday, my Friends.

The Hebrews on the 15th day of the second month since departing Egypt are complaining.
Big time complaining. Like:
“. . . You have taken us out into this desert to let this whole assembly starve to death!” (verse 3)
That’s what they said.
Interesting, they were wishing they had died in Egypt — but here the thought of starving to death was not welcomed.
Humans. We are a messed up bunch — until JESUS is LORD of us.
Verse 18. . . . each person had gathered according to his appetite.
This is speaking of the Manna that GOD sent to them each morning.
They got quail in the evening.
This is my observation – we do the same.
We gather from the Bread of Heaven – The Word of GOD according to our appetite.
We eat the amount we want.
This is why it is so important that we pray for GOD to increase our appetite – to literally ask Him to create in us a hunger for His Word.
If we ask and keep on asking HE WILL.
Would you say, we watch television, YouTubes, listen to music, etc., etc. according to our appetite?
What are our appetites?
What do we crave?
How can we know?
What say ye?
It is later on Sunday evening than I would like for it to be for me to be opening a blank page to write for Monday morning, and at this keystroke, I am wondering what can I say. What can I write that will start your day or come alongside later in the day or even the evening with a word of encouragement?
How was your weekend?
Did you spend it with family and/or friends?
Did you celebrate the people in your life that you love?
Did you give thanks for them?
Did you laugh? Did you cry?
Did you watch birds and squirrels?
Even a hawk or two?
Did you pray? Did you enjoy JESUS?
If you did — you had a blessed weekend!
for he is coming to judge the earth.
34 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good!
His faithful love endures forever.
35 Cry out, “Save us, O God of our salvation!
Gather and rescue us from among the nations,
so we can thank your holy name
and rejoice and praise you.” source
Indeed our GOD is coming.
Amen and amen.
It’s late to begin tonight for a Monday post but I am.
A verse I am keeping close. Perhaps it will minister to you today.
