Palatable

At times I tire of bringing strong, firm, and hard-to-publish posts here to this screen. Often I want to write something happy, funny, light, pleasant – you know easy to read things.
This one is not.
So we might as well get started.

We hear Sermons and watch “Biblical” movies (like tonight) and then sit for the wrap-up, numerating the stresses and woes of living here. Things like a financial loss.
Governmental interference and overreach.
Sickness.
Disease.
Death of those we love.
Breaches of relationships, family.
Injustices.
Bad hair days. 
The list of things that bring us stress, pain, worry, wondering what shall we do, how shall this end?

And this is supposed to get people to sign up for salvation?
The message of these sermons and “Biblical” movies are so palatable to the average Joe and Sally: we have hurts and JESUS wants to make us all better.
We just need to believe, say a little prayer, and voi·​là we are saved.

Saved from what I am left asking?
The stresses and hurts of this world?

Is that what the Sinless Perfect Holy Holy Holy GOD of Creation came to earth incarnate to do?
Make our lives here comfortable?
Make us feel good about ourselves?

Please tell me where that is recorded in HOLY WRIT.

When are we going to preach and testify that JESUS came to save SINNERS, not just unhappy, troubled people?

When are we going, to tell the truth, that JESUS saves people who are broken, devastated over the revelation knowledge that has come to them that they are sinners, sinners who have SINNED against The Holy, Holy, Holy GOD of Eternity, and because of this are headed straight for hell?
When are we going to preach and testify that conversion, the re-birth, happens when an undone sinner is not worried about the job they lost or the trip they didn’t get to take, they are terrified of the hell their sin is sending them to?
And THEN they hear the glorious best news they have ever heard or ever shall hear: JESUS The CHRIST by HOLY SPIRIT reveals to them I, JESUS, YESHUA HAMASHIACH, I have taken your place!
You do not have to go to hell. Believest Thou This?

And by that time the repentant sinner is saying Yes. Yes. Yes.
Thank You. Thank You. I accept Your offer of forgiveness and redemption.
I accept Your Sacrificial death for me. Thank You. Thank You, LORD JESUS.

That my Friends is repentance and conversion.
That my Friends gets a person off the broad road to hell onto the narrow road headed for Heaven.

So it’s not light, it’s not funny, but it is the BEST NEWS A GUILTY SINNER has ever heard!
I should know — it’s the message I heard on November 18, 1975!
And I’ve never been the same!

I shall not leave you without Scripture.
Romans 3:23; 6:23; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11; Revelation 20:13-15

I read something today and I think I cannot let it pass without talking about it to somebody.
And y’all get to be the somebody.
Aren’t you glad?

For privacy sake, I am not identifying the author but here is the statement:

 “They were seeking to worship God in a way they see fit.” 

Worship GOD in a way they see fit they say.

GOD is not seeking people to worship Him as they see fit.
No. Nope. Not at all!

True worshippers of GOD, worship Him as HE directs.

There is damnable blindness over people.

John 12:40 “He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them.”  source 

These have believed the lies of the evil one that they can live in habitual sin and in this habitual sin they can offer up acceptable worship to a holy, holy, holy GOD. 

It’s a lie, People. 
And you know who is the father of lies, don’t you? Check out John 8:44

We can only worship the one and only holy, holy, holy GOD with clean hands and pure hearts. Check it out. Psalm 24: 1-6

Our hands are neither clean nor our hearts pure when we habitually practice sin. It’s not possible, People. Not possible. 

How about a list?
Even ONE of these sins, ONE time bars us from Heaven.
Check it out. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 and Revelation 21:8

No, my friends, we cannot worship GOD, THE GOD of Creation, as we see fit. 
We will worship Him as He directs or we are not worshipping Him at all.
Albeit said worship will be received — by Satan, the god of this world. 

And who wants to worship a little g god?
Not me!

John 4:24

And with all this is there hope for any of us?
YES!!
His Name is JESUS!

Deep and wide darkness has come upon the world, specifically in the West, more specifically, North America.

It took a bit for me to notice the shift but looking back, the hovering mass of encroaching, life-stifling, demonic dominion unmistakably lowered itself upon us in early 2020.
For many moons, it had been hiding in plain sight and at just the prescribed time it flexed its muscles and masked this docile, intoxicated humanity.
What fools are unrepentant, unenlightened homo sapiens.
We have two classes now those who think they are in control of the rest of us and those who believe that tripe and have prostrated themselves before them.

How ironic, people refuse to submit to a Holy, Holy, Holy GOD who is pure love and pure justice but will without a question submit to unholy, ungodly, evil, depraved, lustful men and women parading themselves as god.
Go figure.

We who fit in neither of the two aforementioned classes have believed the Scriptures, so we are no longer scratching our heads wondering at the beast; but, we are endeavoring to speak to the few who have ears to hear and we are waiting for the culmination.

Even so, come quickly LORD JESUS.
The masses have earned Your WRATH.
Come and avenge The Name of Your Father and ours.
Come soon and put an end to the sin and wrong we pray.

Revelation 22:20

As I was about to send this post to go live, I heard the Supreme Court has ruled; that they have sent the question of abortion back to the States – abortion is no longer a legally held FEDERAL right. 
Now each State will have the opportunity to snuff out abortion for their State or keep on snuffing out the lives of womb babies. 
At least it is a pinprick in the shroud of darkness.
