Especially when the ingredients are good for you, like brussel sprouts!Â

It’s a pretty dish cooking, don’t you think?
It does have a suggested ingredient that my beloved cannot abide – Feta Cheese.Â
So, at serving time I only added the Feta to my serving.Â
1 Pound Brussels Sprouts
2/3 Cup Fresh Cranberries
1/3 Cup Feta Cheese
1/3 Cup Pecans
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar   (I used raspberry Balsamic Vinegar)
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
