I’m Saying

I am saying it again.
I am not a prophet.
I am not a Scholar.
I am not a Theologian. 
I am a simple woman with some age on her who has been born from above for a few decades. 
I have learned some things but not nearly enough. 

I think life is about to get exciting for the children of the Re-Birth.
We are about to be offered the privilege of suffering for our Beautiful, Holy, Loving Jesus.
For some of us, our own families are going to turn on us. It has already begun.

The open haters of GOD and the religious folk who do not know GOD but think they do are even now stepping up their game to silence us – one way or the other.
Presently people of the Conservative persuasion have been grouped in with us and are being heavily targeted.
It is not going to get better.
Congress and Others in Washington and across the country do not wish to be our friends.
They have more than proven they are not interested in Truth and Justice for all. 

I hope I am wrong; time will tell.
Today I do not see evidence that America is going to heal.
I don’t see evidence the vast divide is going to heal because people only heal if repentance and forgiveness are abundant in the giving and receiving.
Just today I saw hate spewed with glee from the very leaders that are old enough to know better, but they don’t. 

So.
I do get tired of the lies and hate spewed daily and I get tired of the bias and the lack of prosecution of the Elite, but I am praying and I am waiting.
I am certain my Father will do justly when the doing of same will do the most good for the most people.
Nothing gets wasted by Him – not even sin.
He uses it to bring repentance and deliverance to those who will hear Him. 

Back to my initial reason for coming here. 
We are about to be offered the privilege of suffering for Jesus.

Because the sins of the CHRIST-Rejectors and the Religious are increasing, more and more they shall turn on us.
They cannot reach GOD but as the Father allows, they will seek to hurt us.
And we shall be hurt BUT WE SHALL NOT BE ETERNALLY HARMED.
They do not have the power to do that. 

We can and should expect GOD to show up.
We can and should expect miracles that we have heretofore not seen.
We can and should expect Holy Spirit to comfort us, shield us, and supply our every need, every step of the hard and cruel ways that are fast approaching. 
The Devil is mad and so are his people.
He has but a short time (in comparison to what he has had). 

Now because the people belonging to the evil one are driven and controlled by him, they are coming for us – we must not greet them with anger.
Believe me, I KNOW what a tall order that is! 
In the natural (in the flesh) I am a Tennessee hot-head!
I also know this: The anger of man does not bring about the righteousness of GOD. See James 1:20.

Am I suggesting making ourselves their punching bags? 
Absolutely not!

I am saying seek the Righteousness of our Father in our thoughts and our deeds.
I am saying let Him teach us to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. 

Matthew 10:16  (AMP)
16 “Listen carefully: I am sending you out like sheep among wolves; so be wise as serpents, and innocent as doves [have no self-serving agenda].  source

I am saying our Brothers and Sisters in the Early Church counted all as loss for JESUS. We are about to get that same privilege. They prepared this way: 

Acts 17:11 (NLT) 11 And the people of Berea were more open-minded than those in Thessalonica, and they listened eagerly to Paul’s message. They searched the Scriptures day after day to see if Paul and Silas were teaching the truth. source

Notice it does not say they read the Scripture for 5 minutes and then ran out the door. 
They SEARCHED the Scripture DAILY. 

And if we want to live well in the coming days, we shall do the same.

The Acts of the Apostles it reads. 
Penned by Luke we believe; not considered an Apostle. A physician. A friend to Paul.  

Please Read.
(If you are like me, you will find Holy Comfort in this passage.)

Acts 1: 6 Therefore, when they had come together, they asked Him, saying, “Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” 
7 And He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority. 
8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
9 Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. 
10 And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, 
11 who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.” source

Two things.
One.       Note He did not say the kingdom would not be restored, He said it was not for them to know when. 
Two.       He did not say you will witness about Me.  He said you shall BE witnesses. A Witness is who we ARE while we wait. 

Okay. Three things.     I wonder if those two men who stood by in white apparel were the same two we met at the tomb? John 20:12

This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.

Amen. Come LORD JESUS.

Day 19 of The Giving of Thanks

Books.
Lots and lots of books and for the authors who write them and for times and days to read them. For shelves to hold them and for LOVE who built those shelves. For notes taken on the pages of a few, and for underlinings in yellow, blue, green, or pink and completion dates logged at the end. The gift of reading. Let us not take it for granted.

Revelation 20:12 (NLT) 12 I saw the dead, both great and small, standing before God’s throne. And the books were opened, including the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to what they had done, as recorded in the books.   source

Daniel 7:10  (AMP) 10 “A river of fire was flowing And coming out from before Him; A thousand thousands were attending Him, And ten thousand times ten thousand were standing before Him; The court was seated, And the books were opened.source

Acts 28:23  (AMP) 23 When they had set a day for Paul, they came to his lodging in large numbers. And he carefully explained [Christianity] to them from morning until evening, solemnly testifying about the kingdom of God and trying to persuade them concerning Jesus, both from the Law of Moses and from the [writings of the] Prophets. source

Who’s On Second?

I am here with just a thought for you to consider.  

Acts 17:31  (NKJV) 31 because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead.”  source

He has appointed a day.
Who is He?
That would be the Creator. GOD.
You know the One Who created all this and the One we are going to answer to.
When?
On the appointed day.
Why?
Because He gets to Judge all of us?
Why?
Because He is GOD.
And how will He judge us?
The verse says in righteousness.
Meaning it is right for Him to do it and He will be right in doing it. No mistakes. No mess-ups. No grounds for a re-trial.
Based on what evidence?
He gets to judge us based on The Man.
What Man?
The Man He ordained. The Man He raised from the dead.
Oh. There’s only One Man that could be.
Yeshua. Most call Him JESUS.
What about this JESUS?
How He lived is the way we are to live. SINLESS.
Oh. I have not done that.
You?
I didn’t think so.
So, if we are, and we are, going to the judge by The Creator by This JESUS as to how we have lived our days here on this planet would not it be smart to get to know This JESUS and pattern living the way He lived?
Yeah. I think so too.
