Can we agree MUCH is hurtful, unfair, and just flat-out wrong in people; even the people we love?
I want to see transformations. I want to see forgiveness given and received. I want to see families healed and made whole. I want to see marriages lived in holiness – it’s the only way to be happy in them. I want babies (inside and outside the womb) and adults to be loved and valued for who they are – created in the image of GOD. I want people to speak the truth even when it hurts. I want people to hear what was spoken not what they feel was spoken. I want people to know there are absolutes and those absolutes are for our security and well-being. I want people to know no man, woman or child is an island. EVERYTHING we do affects/effects someone else and rarely is it only ONE somebody else; eventually it’s all of us. Have you heard of theButterfly Affect?
So, I am praying: Abba, I want to help. So I am asking You to make the changes in me that You can use to help others so we can all be transformed to people who live to please You and not ourselves.
I dare say we all have people in our lives who we want THEM to change! It has been my experience and I am confident the Bible bears it out: the change we want in others begins with a change in US!

In light of all that I read this day, this prayer is needed! It is so very easy to find the abounding evil in our beloved Nation. BUT GOD is at work and we are invited to join Him.
It’s not wrong for us to be angry with the sins flaunted and celebrated on every digital screen available; however, anger will not get Christianity flourishing.

Abba, I don’t know how many times a day I get a notice that more and more ungodly acts have been alleged to have been committed at some time or another. And whether they were committed or not I do not know. But You know. You know the Truth. You are truth. So I am here this morning to say Thank You. Thank You that You know the Truth about all this depravity. Thank You that You love We the People. You love this Country. You have heard the prayers of Your people and You are answering us. So with every hideous sin that is alleged to have been committed by every public figure I give You praise; praise that You are allowing the depravity of mankind to shock us into our great need of repentance. Thank You for being so gracious to us. And, Abba, I pray that our sins will hurt so bad and cause so much pain and agony and grief that we will confess them and repent of them in every house in the Nation, especially the political houses as they seem to be the houses vying for power by any means with no regard for You at all. Abba, I am so sorry. I pray they will repent. I pray Your grace will be received by them and they will acknowledge Who You are and that they are sinners in need of repentance. And I pray that You will get all up in this political mess, expose the truth and the lies and who is guilty and who is not. I trust You to individually exonerate and convict as You know is right. I just thank You so much that You have not left us in our sins but You are calling out to us in mercy and grace and with pardon and forgiveness for any and every one who will repent. Thank You. You are great and Awesome and by Your grace I get to love You. Thank You so much for this. Amen and Amen in JESUS HOLY NAME.
North Korea. Abba, the man wants to kill people. He is craving the blood of people who have done him no harm. People whose faces he has never seen. Such evil comes from the enemy. This man it seems to me is either utterly deceived or he is given over to the Evil One. You know, Abba. I am asking You to stop this man; to stop him from killing more people. To stop him from this path he has set for himself. I pray he will not be allowed to do this evil he intends. My first desire for him is to be saved; for him to repent and love Jesus. If that will not be, if he will not allow that to be I pray You will render him harmless to the Nations. I pray China, South Korea, America and any Others will not mess up here. I pray we respond wisely and timely. I am asking You to surround President Trump with wise people who have given their ears to You so they can advise him wisely. I pray he too will hear You and act accordingly. DACA. Honestly, forgive me if I am wrong and correct me, that does not seem to be an immediate need in light of North Korea. I think it does need addressing and I pray it will be wisely resolved as You will it to be. Irma. A promise of more devastation for land and people in its path. Would You be willing to turn it back out to sea and let it die out there? I pray You will; but even if You don’t we will trust You to preserve lives and restore what winds and water take away. News Media. Abba, the News Medias, we cannot shut their mouths but we can stop our ears and I pray You will move Your people to do this. To turn off the Media, give them no audience to lie to and to manipulate. And would You raise up means to enlighten us to what is real in this world that You want us to pray over and put hands and feet to help and be a conduit of Your grace? People. Just in my small circle there are life altering and life ending illnesses and diseases in the bodies of people I care about. What do I pray? For pain relief? For healing? For confidence? For peace? For steady trust? Yes, all these things but mostly that You will be loved, adored and seen for the GOD of all comfort that You are. And for souls to be rescued from hell and the sick to be made whole. There is more but it is for these things I openly pray and ask that others will also petition You to move on these matters in the Name of Your Holy Son and our Savior Jesus. amen and
