It’s Morning! Not really but it will be by the time you see this — it may even be afternoon or evening. Either way: Whether it be work or play or investing the day at home, we can give The LORD praise and thanks.
Today, I am thanking Him for His perfect watch-care over us. Nothing slips up on Him or squeezes by Him. We can rest in HIM and be thankful.
Psalm 139 1 O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. 2 You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away. 3 You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know everything I do. 4 You know what I am going to say even before I say it, Lord. 5 You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head. 6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand!source
There’s more to Psalm 139 if you would like to read on. HERE.
Without a comparative perspective, some things can look much bigger than they are. I noticed that when I snapped this picture this morning and I thought there was a lesson there. Perhaps when we look at certain situations, we wilt at the size it appears to be but if we compare that situation to what we have already seen GOD do for us . . . we square our shoulders and lift our heads. Let’s do that today.
3 But you, O Lord, are a shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head. Psalm 3
We are glad you are here; stay a while, look around, and be encouraged. We estimate there to be over 3,000 posts here at The White Stone Blog. Please know my hope is ALWAYS to help and NEVER harm. I have voiced many opinions and thoughts here since 2007 and by now I MAY NOT EVEN AGREE with all of them and some of my grammar and punctuation likely needs editing. But this is changeless: JESUS is our ONLY Savior and Hope. Do you KNOW Him?
