Scariest People on Earth

Yesterday we looked at Mark 1. 
Today it is Matthew 3.

Yes. Another view of the coming of JESUS to John to be baptized.
I won’t call it a Second Opinion.
It’s not even a First Opinion.
It’s an accounting – perhaps we could say like one written with a gel pen and one with a ballpoint – giving us a different slant, but the same story.
GOD’s Story. 

Today in Matthew 3 we again see John preaching. 
His message is bold and necessary; that message is we must turn FROM sin TO GOD.
It’s is the only way to be saved from sin, death, hell, and the grave. 

I am wondering if you have noticed what I have noticed in our society. 
That’s an expectation (or shall we say demand?) that we all, particularly Christians, must be NICE.
We must be soft-spoken, tactful, obliging, and by all means necessary we must NOT offend anyone either by word or action. 
Have y’all noticed that? 

Would you be willing to look with me at verse 7?

7 But when he saw many Pharisees and Sadducees coming to watch him baptize, he denounced them.
“You brood of snakes!” he exclaimed. “Who warned you to flee the coming wrath? source 

Would you be willing to read a little more with me?

8 Prove by the way you live that you have repented of your sins and turned to God. 
9 Don’t just say to each other, ‘We’re safe, for we are descendants of Abraham.’ That means nothing, for I tell you, God can create children of Abraham from these very stones. 
10 Even now the ax of God’s judgment is poised, ready to sever the roots of the trees. Yes, every tree that does not produce good fruit will be chopped down and thrown into the fire.  source 

Is there anyone willing to find fault with John?
Anyone willing to say he was WRONG to preach as he preached? 

NOT ME. 

No Sir. I shall not accuse John of wrong preaching.
I would rather pray O LORD move on me that I will with no intimidation and no fear, teach and share daily in every place that YOU, LORD YESHUA, was crucified because we are sinners and YOUR BLOOD is enough to clean the vilest of us and YOUR RESURRECTION is proof that THE FATHER has received Your sacrificial death as payment for the sins of every person who will turn from their sins TO YOU and TRUST YOU for forgiveness and Life Eternal. 

I appreciate and admire the man named John. 
The man who wore camel’s hair clothing, tied with a leather belt; whose food was locust and honey. 
I neither want to dress like or eat like him but I desire his holy boldness, especially in the face of the scariest people on earth! 

Perhaps the Scariest People on Earth would vary from person to person — you, think?

One Decimal

Have you not read Revelation 13?
Do you not know?
Do you not see?
Here, at least read this portion.

Look and see.
Look and see that this vaccine mandate is one decimal from the Mark of the Beast described in Revelation 13.
Look and see that the essential remaining element is the demand for OPEN worship.
Be sure idol worship is going on right now but it’s shrouded and we do not easily recognize it. 

When the Man of Sin, the Anti-Christ, is revealed he will demand that every man, woman, and child openly and exclusively WORSHIP him. 

I urge you with all that is within me, open your eyes, allow Holy Spirit to show you The Truth.
Look and see.
See that these mandates are for testing the waters, a conditioning of souls so people will bow in obedience to, and the worship of the coming One World Dictator without question (and there are other elements going on but that’s better left to those much smarter than I).
These mandates are only the trailer. The horror show is in the making – it will be ready for release in the near future.

The message is clear: Repent now or eternally perish.

Let me say it again these present vaccine mandates are not in my opinion the Mark of the Beast and those who have taken the injections have not by doing so sealed their doom to the devil’s hell. 

(People doom themselves to eternal hell by ridiculing, rejecting, neglecting the beautiful and holy gift of repentance, forgiveness, deliverance, through the acceptance of trust in JESUS the CHRIST when it is offered to them.) 

Albeit, I urge you to pray, read The Holy Scriptures, consult true and logical Science before taking another one.

A Riding Lawnmower

Good morning.

As I sit before this screen, I think I shall be brief — time will tell. 🙂

Matthew 7:13 & 14 Complete Jewish Bible

13 “Go in through the narrow gate; for the gate that leads to destruction is wide and the road broad, and many travel it;
14 but it is a narrow gate and a hard road that leads to life, and only a few find it.  source

What is a gate? 
And can we go through a gate? 

Actually, we don’t, we go through the OPENING the gate provides. 
A gate is a BOUNDRY. It’s a line drawn that we cannot cross UNLESS the gate opens for us.

So. Gate openings.

We have one in our backyard.
And it is a narrow one. 
Someone wants a riding lawnmower. The thing is it can’t be just any riding lawnmower.
The proposed lawnmower cannot exceed a prescribed size. The dimensions must be just so and if not even if the gate is open the lawnmower will not go through. 

The GATE of SALVATION is OPEN for EVERYONE but similar to the lawnmower, the prescribed conditions must be met or there is NO ENTRY allowed. 

GOD has a prescription for LIFE, Life that we can have (enter, if you please) through the NARROW GATE addressed in Matthew 7:13 and 14.

What is GOD’s prescribed gate to LIFE? 
Do you know?
Do you want to know?

Are you willing to look until you find the lawnmower with the right dimensions to fit through the gate?

New to me People

It’s a quiet, cloudy day here in LA.
Football commentary is streaming from the other room and JT is waiting for the real game to come on :) so I thought I’d say hello.
At this moment I don’t feel talkative — hard to believe, I know.  And it could change. :)

This week has slipped right by with much praying, some reading, and some video watching. 
I’ve even found some new-to-me people to watch this week as well as some long-standing favorites.
Presently we have abundant sources from which to gather information. I endeavor to spend more time listening to Biblical messages than other forms of information available at my fingertips.  I wonder how much time we have left to make these voluminous watching/listening decisions. 

Unpopular as it may be, with Scripture in view and world events popping, I and others are urging this: let us get our houses in order. 

Scripture has heretofore not been so easily understood as It is today. 
The unfolding of events foretold in Revelation is no longer a mystery. 
It’s here. The means and ways are here in place — we are waiting. 
And because we are waiting, some are sounding alarms. I am grateful for that. 
I confess for me, it is hard to watch the apathy.
It’s hard to watch what speaks of seared consciences. 
And as I sit with keyboard, viewing trees and beauty from my library window all looks right with the world; but I know nothing is right with the world.
And the wrong with the world is advancing rapidly. 

But it’s not all bad news. Really it’s not. 

But what of unrepentant sinners? 
And this is why we pray. And this is why we warn.

You see ALL who have been born from above came to that rebirth on their own Damascus Road with JESUS. 
I urge you to lean in with GOD and allow your mind to revisit your Damascus Road.
See if you really are IN THE FAITH.
