Don’t Go There

Hell.

I am uncommonly reminded of it this morning.
I am scared for people.
People are going to hell.
Did you know that?
How often do you think about that?
Who wants to think about that? I don’t. But I am.
Billions of people are on their way to hell. (Matthew 7:13)
Billions have already made their way there.
The majority of people who die, do not go to Heaven.
Most go to hell.
You do know this, don’t you?

I feel somewhat like Noah I think and not due to the rain.
As I type this piece we are expecting much rain. There is a hurricane in the Gulf headed quickly this way. What the hurricane will do is not certain.
But hell is certain. It is certain that every person who dies without a covenant relationship with YESHUA, The Messiah, The Christ will go to hell. Period. Forever.

How much do we care?

Hebrews 9:27 (AMP) ²⁷And just as it is appointed and destined for all men to die once and after this [comes certain] judgment, source

Romans 6:23 (TLV) ²³For sin’s payment is death, but God’s gracious gift is eternal life in Messiah Yeshua our Lord. source

Romans 10:9 (NKJV) ⁹that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. source

Matthew 11:28 (AMP) ²⁸“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavily burdened [by religious rituals that provide no peace], and I will give you rest [refreshing your souls with salvation]. source
