I don’t think I have much to say today. I just didn’t want to miss a weekday saying hello. My soul is bruised and sore but I will heal. Politics is a nasty business and a sabbatical is much in order for me at this juncture. It likely does not mean you will see no more ‘political awareness’ category post but for now – no.
It is my aim to absorb Scripture, to pray, and see if can discern The Father’s direction for me for this season. Discipling comes to mind. The Bible does say older women are to teach (disciple) the younger women. I’m making it a matter of prayer. We shall see.
Some of us bloggers and even non-bloggers adopt a word or phrase for each new year. I have a phrase this year. At least thus far this year.
I’m not participating.
That’s it. That’s my phrase for 2021. It is my goal, my hope, my quest to participate NOT in the negative, non-productive, demoralizing, sin-filled practices of last year. And four days in I already need help to NOT participate. To be in this world but NOT be a part of it. To NOT think like the world. To NOT be afraid like the world. To NOT compromise like the world. To live NOT like the world.
It’s too much for us and that is why Yeshua prayed for us before He left for Heaven.See John 17: 9-26. And He prays for us now.

When 2020 began I had no idea what was coming in little more than 60 days.
I’ve heard Folks are ready to kick 2020 to the curb; we have no guarantee that 2021 will be any better.
So back to my plan.

This has been sounding off in my head this morning, so I am here.
I am more than,way more than okaywith there being only one right answer. That means I am either right orI can change my mind and get right.
How often have we heard there is no wrong answer? It’s generally an opener to a proposed discussion wherein it is perceived there will be differences of opinion and the originator does not want anyone to feel uncomfortable.
No wrong answers. And when the question is – what’s your favorite color? There are surely no wrong answers.
Can opinions be right or wrong? What is an opinion? Perhaps you will visit this LINK and get a different opinion of opinions.
Are we a society that has decided opinions are facts?
Back to this: Are not some One Answers the only Right answer?
