Silly Me!

I expected my relief to last longer than 30 minutes! But here I am, cautious and concerned and warned: don’t celebrate too long, don’t celebrate with arrogance. Be kind. Be generous. And get to work LIVING THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST.

Proverbs 14:34 King James Version  34 Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.

We have a reprieve. Reprieves are for advancing, not retreating, and not squandering. What do we have a reprieve from?  That’s a good question. How do you see it? HOW DOES GOD SEE IT? ASK HIM AND RESPOND ACCORDINGLY.

Are you wondering how to ask?

My suggestion is to start with your Bible.  Read it. Read it like it is the BEST book you have ever picked up.  Because it is! Read until it becomes alive to you, then do what it says, praying every page of the way.

I trust that we have a reprieve from the advancement of certain evils. But there are plenty of demons to fight  – armor up! Ephesians 6:11-24 Don’t spend this reprieve playing!  That’s the message. Perhaps we can hear The LORD saying to us: he who has an ear, let him hear. (That he is he or she, you understand.)

Genesis (KJV) 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Mark 12: 30 and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ 31 The second is this, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”  Link

This is how we use this reprieve. Study JESUS. The JESUS revealed in Scripture. Read Him. Watch Him. Follow Him. Know Him and be known by Him. (Matthew 7:21-23) In this way, we will not waste this reprieve. Biblically obedient brothers and sisters, I need your prayers! By no stretch of the imagination have I arrived at full obedience but by His Grace, I am moving forward!

Every Number

I have been sitting on this since Sunday, I think.

This first came to my attention via Instagram. That Planned Parenthood would be offering free abortions during the DNC.  Honestly, I thought surely not; that’s too bizarre to be true, right?

Later, I learned no, it’s true. Planned Parenthood has Mobile Units set up near the Democratic National Convention.  Reportedly an IUD blow-up will also be displayed in the area. ( In addition to the mobile clinic, another group, Americans for Contraception, plans to erect an 18-foot-tall inflatable intrauterine device, or IUD, named “Freeda Womb,” The Times reported. laurapackardactivist/Instagram)

Are you familiar with IUDs? For years I thought an IUD’s purpose was to keep a woman from conceiving.
It is presented that way but that’s not the whole truth.
It keeps the baby (yes, I know the term used is fertilized egg) in his or her earliest life stage from being implanted in the mother’s womb. Preventing that little one from continued life and growth.

How do I know this? Because I ignorantly had one installed; not understanding exactly where it was placed or what it would do.  However, that did not stop me sometime later from praying and asking GOD for a baby – naive me, didn’t even remember the IUD was there.
BUT GOD heard me and my Baby Girl made her way to the lining of my womb just as GOD intended.  The Doctor removed the IUD and informed me that he fully expected me to start to bleed that evening and that I would spontaneously abort. I informed him that was not going to happen. He persisted it would. Even so, he sent me home to stay in bed for the next three days. Which I did.
My Baby Girl will be 48 this year.

IUDs are a form of abortion.
I am so thankful for my miracle, that GOD protected my Baby Girl and me.

Planned Parenthood, the DNC, and Many Others.
A day of reckoning is scheduled, not at the hands of man or woman; BUT GOD, Himself.

Christians pray, not with anger, not with animosity, but with compassion and willingness to be a vessel GOD can speak and act through to enlighten and guide women from these places of death to LIFE in JESUS, for them and their babies.

This Land is guilty of the blood of millions of children. I have found it difficult to get an accurate accounting of just how many babies have been killed here by abortion since 1973.
But this I know, GOD has that number.
He knows every little girl and every little boy whose mortal life was ended by abortion. Moreover, He knows every mother, every daddy, every doctor, every nurse, and every other person who had a hand in each one of those abortions. I am forever grateful my Baby Girl is not one of those numbers.

Pray, Christians, Pray.

41“Watch and pray so that you will not enter into temptation. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak.” Matthew 26 source

What temptation? The temptation to do nothing and say nothing when we are given an open door of communication by HOLY SPIRIT. Every woman who has fallen prey to this heinous act of abortion needs to know she can be forgiven, delivered, and sanctified by The LORD of Glory.

The Gate

I came across this on Facebook and just have to preserve it here for our edification.

No complaints here. . .

13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. Matthew 7

Amazed that The Gate was opened at all to me,

Without ~ ~ ~

Fasting.
A Biblical Doctrine.
Why is it important that we practice it?

Discipline.
To know ourselves better. To learn in CHRIST we are stronger and braver than we think we are; to learn GOD is even more able and willing than we thought He was.
What born from above person would not want this, right?

What to fast?
Something dear, something needed, something that will stretch our flesh to do without it.  Perhaps something we cannot do without, without HOLY SPIRIT help.

The Bible tells us JESUS fasted food for 40 days. Matthew 4: 1-11.

So, how long should we fast?
Short answer – till the job is done.
Till we learn something, till we have reached that moment we know we did good for Father’s Kingdom and our own well-being.

Fasting. It’s a GOD-thing and it’s good for us.  fasting

Enough said?
