Question. If you had wandered from obedience to The LORD, if you had slipped or plunged into habitual, addictive sin, would you want someone to come to you in true love with an open Bible to show you the way to renewed fellowship with the Father through repentance and surrender to the LORD JESUS? And if no one was forthcoming to you, would you be willing to seek out The LORD JESUS, yourself? One last question, and the most important one, IS The HOLY SPIRIT convicting you today of sin, righteousness, and judgment to come?
2 Corinthians 6: 2 For He says: “In the time of favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” Behold, now is the time of favor; now is the day of salvation! source
Treasured Friends, could we pray more for people we know who are living outside “Thus Saith The LORD”? Could we be willing to speak Truth in love to them as we ourselves surrender to HOLY SPIRIT’s leadings and promptings?

As I sit to write, it is August 19, 2025. Today, Facebook brought back a four-year-old memory.
Today, a devotional reading told me GOD’s command to me is to Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.
Now you will not read this little piece of writing until tomorrow or even some uncertain day to come — will the message be the same? Will GOD still mean what He said 2,000 years ago – Matthew 28? I reckon He will!!
16 Meanwhile, the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain Jesus had designated. 17 When they saw Him, they worshiped Him, but some doubted.18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” source
So, now I am wondering, you who are reading this right now – yes, you. Has anyone ever told you about JESUS, or if you prefer, YESHUA? Do you know His Story? If not, do you want to know His Story? I’m just wondering how many people in the world have not heard that JESUS is, just how many people do not know HE is the Savior? And just how many people actually care to know. Do you wonder that too?
Let me ask again, have you heard that JESUS is The CHRIST – The Savior and that He is willing to save YOU? One other question — do you reckon you need to be saved?
Actually, I am more than wondering; I am willing to tell you what I know about JESUS if you are hungry to hear. A song I heard on Sunday, in part, gave these words: Come home, come home You who are weary, come home Earnestly, tenderly, Jesus is calling Calling, O sinner, come home… You who are weary — and I thought maybe that’s why the altar is so bare, people are not yet weary of the burden of their sin.
It is my earnest prayer that people become weary of their sins — because this I know, when they get weary, JESUS is ready to lift, cleanse, and save!
People I love dearly, including myself, 🥰 I have heard say, ‘I just can’t resist it; if it’s in front of me, I am going to eat it or drink it.’ We must repent of this.
As Christians, we say that we have the Spirit of Almighty GOD living within us.
The same Spirit of GOD who is so powerful that He raised JESUS from the dead.
Graveyard dead, y’all.
I mean His heart was not beating, respiration had ceased, there was no oxygen in His lungs, and His body was in full repose for THREE DAYS! This was the state of JESUS our Savior and Father GOD raised His body from complete deadness to Living, Breathing again!
And we as Christians say we cannot resist a bag of potato chips or one more piece of cake?
How can we deny Him like this?!
How can we do this in the sight of so great a cloud of witnesses? Hebrews 12:1-3.I can only think it is ignorance at best and at worst . . . something else.
Please join me in repentance!
Please see with me that for us to consistently place empty, excessive, non-nutritious calories, and even harmful substances into our bodies denies the power of GOD that we say we have living within us.
Yes, I am mindful that Scripture speaks of occasional feasting . . . it also teaches frequent fasting.
How can GOD deliver, rescue, and redeem us from hell and damnation and be so weak He cannot give us victory over a second plate of boneless chicken wings?
Don’t you see with me that we must NOW, today begin to live in victory? If we do not, what evidence do we have to offer people around us who do not know JESUS?
Let me say it this way: We must love The LORD our GOD more than we love sugar and flour.
I read this to my beloved and he replied that it’s not just food and drink, this could be applied to anything in our lives.
I wonder if he meant football and golf?
