So when I’m not loving, not joyful, not at peace, not patient, not kind, not well behaved, not full of faith, not gentle and all out of control, like all over my emotional page; what am I?
Sinning.

Ephesians 4:(NIV) 3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. source
Keeping the peace. Some aspire to keep the peace at all cost, any cost. Some, not so much. Is there a guide? Is there some way for us to know just how far to go, how much to compromise, what kind of compromise is reasonable to keep the peace? I think there is. I think our verse guides us.
When the HOLY SPIRIT of GOD gives you peace in your proposed way to keep the peace, go for it.
Making peace and keeping peace is imperative for us but never at the expense of UNITY with the HOLY SPIRIT. If He is not on board with our plans, by all means, let us jump ship.
2 Timothy 4: 1I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: 2 preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction. source
A Question.
If JESUS is going to judge the living and the dead and verse 1 says He is what kind of person having a sure defense to avert the verdict would refuse to offer that sure defense to others? I mean, like everyone!
Come. Take a peek over my shoulder at my study notes from a portion of 2 Timothy 3; you just might be able to make heads or tails from them. :)
14 But as for you, continue in the things that you have learned and of which you are convinced [holding tightly to the truths], knowing from whom you learned them, source
15 and how from childhood you have known the sacred writings (Hebrew Scriptures) which are able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus . . . . source
So the Scriptures that Timothy had learned from his youth til then Instructed him. What did it instruct? That he was a sinner in need of a Savior – gifting him with holy conviction which corrected his thinking and trained him that righteousness is only in JESUS.
16 All Scripture is God-breathed [given by divine inspiration] and is profitable for instruction, for conviction [of sin], for correction [of error and restoration to obedience], for training in righteousness [learning to live in conformity to God’s will, both publicly and privately—behaving honorably with personal integrity and moral courage]; source
17 so that the man of God may be complete and proficient, outfitted and thoroughly equipped for every good work. source
That’s it for now.
