This Month of December

As I open this page I think I have not much to say on this first day of the last month of 2021.

December is a good month to reflect, asking ourselves – are there some things I need to finally settle so, at the close of this month, I can start fresh in 2022?

I can readily confess moving through this month and entering the 22nd year of this century 2000 does not have the anticipated bright horizons of just a couple of years ago. 

From a natural worldview, the goodnesses of freedom are . . . well, they are  – just not. 
The freedoms and abundance we squandered are disappearing quickly and in all honesty with you, I don’t see them coming back.  Nor do I see what is taking its place as anything desirable. I just don’t, Folks. 

BUT GOD. 

I’m not expecting miracles from on High to turn back and revive the Republic we once very loosely held. I’m just not. What I do expect is many miracles for GOD’s beloved, obedient children.  I expect in times to come, however weeks, months, or years, it may be that Father GOD will be supplying manna from heaven to feed His own if that be necessary. I expect some folks in sincerity and truth to quietly seek out members of the Remnant to help them connect with GOD. I don’t expect a great worldwide revival but I do expect some Folks to get serious with GOD as we see our cushy, material world crash down around us. 

I don’t write these things to sadden you. I write them to warn you. I write them to tell you EXCITING times are coming for the Obedient People of GOD.  If you are HIS, you have NOTHING to fear. You have a Perfect Father who loves you perfectly who will never forsake you. Do I expect persecution for the Remnant? Yes, like we Western Christians have not experienced heretofore. BUT GOD will be faithful to His own.

Not a Rock?

To the Elite.
To the Screamers, demanding more and more control over the Common Folk.

When are you going to understand Cain KILLED his brother Abel? I was going to say with a ROCK, but guess what?
That’s not likely.
Neither was it a gun. (Click HERE for an interesting opinion.)

HATE always finds a way to kill – be it with words, bitterness, legislation, mandates, knives, rocks, stones, bombs, bio-weapons (like the present v$r$s, etc), vehicles, and yes guns.

People filled with hate kill.

Moreover, we cannot legislate or mandate hate away.
ONLY GOD can enable a human to stop hating another human.
Albeit, strict adherence to LAWS already on the books would at least curtail the outward act of killing, it would still not stop the hate in the souls of humans. 

And you the Elite screaming gun control and all the other controls (and there are many) you want over the masses of people, your very lives make it abundantly clear you yourselves have rejected the very ONE Who can subdue the violence – one person at a time.
But you want no part of HIM.
You want to silence HIM and His People. 
Why is that?

I saw this on Facebook today. 

And while I formulated a response on Facebook I decided to post it here instead. 

To us in our world who want no judging of one another, we are erring badly. 
You see ALL misery, sorrows, the whole gamut of pain in this world is due to SIN; either ours or someone else’s OR a combination of both – being that we sin in response to their sin – often that is due to a refusal to forgive and trust GOD to defend us and help us. 

So, here’s my first thought.  Likely I will follow with some more. 

I get the warm fuzzies of this sentiment but it does not liberate the one with the story. It gives excuses but not hope for a better story; for a story with victory over hurts and sorrows and pains. GOD has already done the judging – He has judged ALL sin for whatever reason committed, and our only hope for victory is to help one another COME OUT of our sins and live a NEW STORY. As I said I get the sentiment. I get that we all want warm fuzzies, we all want acceptance, but it’s not sentiment that heals, It’s repentance, forgiveness, and obedience in love.

I have heard it over and over: you can’t judge me. 
You are right I can’t but I am obligated by LOVE when prompted by HOLY SPIRIT to offer you victory over your sins.
And quite frankly if you are my brother and sister in CHRIST JESUS, you owe it to me when you see me practicing sin to come to me and offer me hope and help to forsake that sin. 

That’s the way I see it. 

We have the RIGHT to do right in this WRONG world,
