Don’t Go There

Hell.

I am uncommonly reminded of it this morning.
I am scared for people.
People are going to hell.
Did you know that?
How often do you think about that?
Who wants to think about that? I don’t. But I am.
Billions of people are on their way to hell. (Matthew 7:13)
Billions have already made their way there.
The majority of people who die, do not go to Heaven.
Most go to hell.
You do know this, don’t you?

I feel somewhat like Noah I think and not due to the rain.
As I type this piece we are expecting much rain. There is a hurricane in the Gulf headed quickly this way.  What the hurricane will do is not certain.
But hell is certain. It is certain that every person who dies without a covenant relationship with YESHUA, The Messiah, The Christ will go to hell. Period. Forever.

How much do we care?

Hebrews 9:27  (AMP) 27 And just as it is appointed and destined for all men to die once and after this [comes certain] judgment,  source

Romans 6:23 (TLV) 23 For sin’s payment is death, but God’s gracious gift is eternal life in Messiah Yeshua our Lord. source

Romans 10:9  (NKJV) 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. source

Matthew 11:28  (AMP) 28 “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavily burdened [by religious rituals that provide no peace], and I will give you rest [refreshing your souls with salvation]. source

Satan Believes GOD

Have you considered that Satan believes GOD? (James 2:19)
Satan heard GOD say to him that The Savior was coming and from that point, he began to incite people to kill people in hopes he would kill the Messiah before the Messiah could crush his head. (Genesis 3:15)
Cain killed Abel. It was a start. (Genesis 4:8)

Pharaoh set out to kill all the Hebrew baby boys. He missed Moses. Not only did he miss killing Moses but Moses grew up in Pharaoh’s palace.
There are other incidents of human slaughter and even child sacrifice – you can read it for yourself in Scripture if you dare. GOD tells it like it is. He does not hold back the truth. You might look up the word Molech at Biblegateway dot com.

Later, Herod sent his henchmen to kill the Hebrew baby boys 2 years of age and under according to the time of the Star. (Mathew 2:16) Satan missed again. THE MESSIAH LIVED (except for a brief 3 days in the Paradise side of Sheol) and CONTINUES TO LIVE TODAY. (Revelation 22:12)

But Satan still has people killing people; particularly Babies. Satan hates people. He especially hates Babies. And people are so much like Satan when people kill Babies, either in or out of the Womb; either calling it Healthcare or sex trafficking, or child abuse.

Satan hates people and we are so like him when we hate and kill each other.

Satan believes GOD yet he has convinced man since the Garden to believe him instead of GOD and we have been killing each other ever since. Obviously, our favorite people to destroy is Babies and children.
Look around.
Read.
And you might see. Unless you have chosen not to see.

And just so we do not finish without hope.
There is forgiveness. A clean slate. All sins blotted out and YOU, forgiven.
There is LIFE BRAND NEW for YOU.
And YOU can have it. If you want it.

12 Then you will call on Me and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear [your voice] and I will listen to you. 13 Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. 14 I will be found by you,’ says the Lord,  . . . source (See Jeremiah 29)

It’s Your Business

It’s been brewing for years; and the hand on the knob is turning up the heat particularly now I believe.
You’ve often heard people say as I have “don’t judge me.” Or perhaps “Mind your own business”, or “Worry about your own sins, God ain’t gonna ask you about mine.”

I am here to offer According to Matthew 28:16-20, I am expecting He will.
I am expecting Him to ask why we didn’t love people enough to lead them out and away from sin.
Why we didn’t make Him know to all the world as He told us to do.

But let us be encouraged. Folks are only touchy about sin if they are under conviction.
So give thanks.
Give thanks that He is still speaking to them.
Keep pressing in with prayer, listen carefully, speak in love as The HOLY SPIRIT leads.
Keep loving people.
Pray for boldness.
Pray for the HOLY SPIRIT to increase conviction upon those you love and be ready to give them the reason for your hope as these days get darker.

I don’t recall who said it but it is still with me:
Being grateful is good but it’s not the same as giving Thanks.

Heavy Heart

I have read enough Scripture and enough media today that I am sadly certain that the majority of people in America are on their way to hell.  Matthew 7:

13 “Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. 14 For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it.  source

I have read enough Scripture and enough media today that I am convinced that GOD is yet holding this world together because of the ten (used as a ratio, not a literal number) people clothed in the righteousness of JESUS.  Genesis 18

32 Then he said, “Please, let not my Lord be angry, so I may speak once more. Perhaps ten will be found there?” And He said, “I will not destroy it for the sake of the ten.” 33 Now when He had finished speaking to Abraham, Adonai left, and Abraham returned to his place. source

Some in Christendom speak of a revival, saying many will turn to JESUS for salvation.  I don’t see it. I see a great and terrible falling away that is growing in America and my soul is so sad that it is nearly unbearable. Truth is I am not bearing it so well tonight.  I have people dear and precious to me whose lives do not give evidence they are in covenant with the GOD who saves. But I can pray. So can you.
And we can watch this and listen.  Thank You, Abba.
